Ask any child, any parent, any Slovene for that matter, and you will hear that Neca Falk and Macek Muri are the only true legends of Slovene music for children. In fact the songs about the cat Muri and his lady-friend Maca, that is about two timeless characters created by Kajetan Kovic in 1975, have been in the life of Slovene children since 1984. Even though children have changed a lot in those 21 years, the popularity of these songs has remained unchanged.
