Bostjan Gombac (clarinet, Celtic whistles, Irish drum, ocarina, flutes, percussions, vocals)


SASA OLENJUK studied at the conservatory F. I. Tchaikovsky in Kieff, where he graduated in the class of prof. Stern. He performs worldwide as leader and 1st soloist of the Slovene Philarmonic Orchestra and is known in Slovenia as an excellent performer of ethnic and other music. Apart from performing Olenjuk has also done many arrangement for groups he performs with (Sukar, Zoran Predin).

BOSTJAN GOMBAC studied clarinet at the Ljubljana music academy with prof. J. Kotar. As a studio musician and excellent performer he has cooperated with many well-known Slovene artists and formations. He himself says he has a Celtic heart. Being in love with Irish traditions he found a way to express this passion – by performing and making Irish music.

On Festival Lent these superb musicians and tremendous performers will introduce us to their concept of ethic music.
